How It Works

Upload the photos. Up to three, with a short description of what happened.
We confirm the fee. A photo review is a paid service at a small fixed fee. Joel confirms it by email before he starts. Nothing is charged until you agree, and the review is sent once it's paid.
You get a written first view. What the photos show, what they can't show, and what should happen next: keep monitoring, repair, inspect further, or a full engineering assessment.

What a photo review is not

A photo review is a first look. It is not an inspection, an engineering assessment or a certification, and photos alone can't tell you a part is safe to keep using. If the photos point to something that needs more, we'll say so and scope it properly.
