ITPs, quality and technical documentation.
The work can be good and still fail an audit if the records are missing. Veristruct prepares the Inspection and Test Plans, coverage matrices and verification dossiers that show what was checked, against what, by whom and when.

What Veristruct prepares
- Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) listing each inspection and test activity in sequence, the acceptance criteria, the responsible party and the record, with hold, witness, surveillance and review points.
- Standards coverage matrices showing where each requirement is addressed and what evidence supports it.
- Verification dossiers, such as manufacturer's data reports and close-out packs, assembled so a qualified person can review them and sign off.

A coverage matrix shows where each requirement is addressed and what evidence supports it. Confirming compliance is the role of the qualified person who reviews it. Keeping those two roles separate is what makes the record defensible.
Built for fabrication and maintenance work
Most of this documentation sits beside welded fabrication and repair: weld procedures, weld maps, NDT schedules and repair records. Because the same person understands the welding, the ITP checks the things that actually go wrong on the floor, at the point where they can still be fixed.

What is the difference between a hold point and a witness point?
The contract or ITP sets the exact terms, but in general: at a hold point, work must not proceed until the nominated party has verified the inspection or test and released the hold, normally in writing. At a witness point, the nominated party must be given the notice the contract requires and may choose to attend. If they do not attend, work can proceed once that notice has run, and the inspection or test is still carried out and recorded.
What goes into an ITP?
Each inspection or test activity in sequence, the reference document and acceptance criteria, the frequency, the responsible party, the point type (hold, witness, surveillance or review) and the record that proves it was done.
Can you work to our templates?
Yes. If your client or your quality system has templates, the documents are prepared in them. If not, Veristruct supplies a clear, auditable format.
Does Veristruct sign off compliance?
No. Veristruct prepares and collates the evidence. Compliance is confirmed by the qualified person or reviewer nominated for the job.
